Orders

1. When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Standard delivery across Europe takes 7–15 business days, depending on location.

2.What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments through Shopify Payments. The following methods are available, depending on your location in Europe:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Local Payment Methods: iDEAL, Bancontact, Sofort/Klarna Pay Now, EPS, Przelewy24 (P24), Giropay

All transactions are securely processed in euros (EUR).

3. Can I cancel or modify my order?

You may request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. Please contact support@lilarmaison.com as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?

You may return items within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU law. Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaged. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

2. How do I request a return?

3. My order was lost, stolen, or damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately with your order number and photos if applicable. We will resolve the issue promptly.
