At Lilar Maison, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit, and we are committed to making the return or exchange process simple and transparent.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU consumer protection law.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges

If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lilarmaison.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, the same return conditions apply (within 14 days, unused, and in original packaging). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility in these cases.


Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Refunds apply to the product price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
